| Tip: Pit an avacado Hold the avocado in your hand and carefully cut lengthways right around the fruit through to the pit. Split the fruit in half. The pit will be bedded in one half. Using a strong, sharp knife, strike the pit so that the knife beds itself into the pit. Twist the knife and the pit will be released from the fruit and can then be removed quickly and cleanly. Slice a lemon in half and squeeze lemon juice over both avocado halves to prevent discoloration. For more information please visit Wolfgang Puck's website |
